Here is how we operate when our snow services are needed:

Communication

After the snow event is over, our team will head out for a full run about one hour later. We will let you know that we are coming via text message.

Clearance

Once you get the heads-up, please move your car, and we will take care of the rest. Our team can work around your vehicle if needed, but it is best to remove them in time for our blowers to perform effectively.

Completion

Then, once the city snow plows have completed their run on public roadways, we’ll come around a second time to clear end-of-driveway snow.

We consider a snow event to be at least 2 inches of snowfall. We are committed to providing snow removal services from November 15th to March 15th, as long as there is at least 2 inches of snowfall. Please note that the exact start and end dates of the snow season are unpredictable, so we don’t abide by a strict window of time. London, Ontario’s annual average is 60 days of snow, so it’s better to be prepared!

Our plowing service is specifically designed for clearing driveways only and does not include shoveling walkways or any additional services. We clear snow up to one foot away from garage doors and parked vehicles. For the best possible results, we recommend that clients shovel snow from the surrounding areas inaccessible by our trucks further into the driveway for us to remove.

Our snow-clearing service does not impose a limit on the amount of snow we will remove for you, even during winters with above-average snowfall.

During each storm, we make two visits to homes to guarantee that all our customers receive prompt and efficient service. Snow removal is weather-dependent, and Coastal Pools Inc. will perform these services based on reasonable conditions, taking into account safety and equipment capabilities.
