Payment options: sign up by November 15 and pay five instalments of $100 + HST instead of the whole season up front, with the first payment due November 15. After November 15 the season is paid up front. The season ends March 15, 2027.

We dispatch 24/7. Within 1 hour of the snow stopping, day or night, our team heads out for a full run, and we text you that we’re on the way.

Clearance

Once you get the heads-up, please move your car, and we will take care of the rest. Our team can work around your vehicle if needed, but it is best to remove them in time for our blowers to perform effectively.

Completion

Then, once the city snow plows have completed their run on public roadways, we'll come around a second time to clear end-of-driveway snow.

We consider a snow event to be at least 2 inches of snowfall. We are committed to providing snow removal services from November 15th to March 15th, as long as there is at least 2 inches of snowfall. Please note that the exact start and end dates of the snow season are unpredictable, so we don't abide by a strict window of time. London, Ontario's annual average is 60 days of snow, so it’s better to be prepared!

We clear driveways only, up to 2 feet from the garage door and any parked cars. For the cleanest result, shovel snow from spots our blowers can’t reach into the driveway, and we’ll clear it with the rest.

Our snow-clearing service does not impose a limit on the amount of snow we will remove for you, even during winters with above-average snowfall.

During each storm, we make two visits to homes to guarantee that all our customers receive prompt and efficient service. In a big storm we keep coming back, so snow never builds up past 6 inches on your driveway. Snow removal is weather-dependent, and Coastal Pools Inc. will perform these services based on reasonable conditions, taking into account safety and equipment capabilities.
